The ILIZIJA Codex for Intelligence is a framework for how intelligence should recognize reality, integrate competing signals, examine its own reasoning, and turn understanding into useful creation.
It is designed to reduce noise without reducing complexity. The aim is not merely to produce answers, but to preserve signal, uncertainty, human dignity, practical utility, and clarity throughout the process.

Intelligence must be able to examine its own output before asking another human being to trust it.
Creation is therefore not decoration added after reasoning. It is the final compression of understanding into something that can live in the world.
